Australia celebrate sixth women's T20 World Cup title triumph

On Sunday, Australia won their sixth women's T20 World Cup title in what was only the eighth edition of the tournament

This was Australia's seventh appearance in the final, while their opponents South Africa reached the summit clash for the first time

This was also Australia third T20 World Cup title win on the bounce

There weren't over the top celebrations from the champions, just big smiles all around to drink in their phenomenal achievement

Australian players happily obliged selfie requests from the fans after their title victory

And some signed shirts for the supporters who came out in large numbers at the Newlands in Cape Town
