Harshit Rana to Hazlewood, out Bowled!! Harshit has 4 and Australia have been bowled OUT for 236. Harshit Rana is chuffed to bits, was under pressure coming into the game, but he's proved his naysayers wrong with a strong performace at the SCG. Fires in the yorker on off, Hazlewood had backed away and can't get the bat down in time, the zing bails are knocked off the perch and that's the end of the Australian batting effort. Hazlewood b Harshit Rana 0(2)

W
Harshit Rana to Connolly, out Caught by Kohli!! The slower ball does the trick and India have their 9th wicket - was the slower ball bowled into the pitch, cuts across the left-hander and he can't get any power behind the lofted drive, slices it high and down Kohli's throat at long-off. Connolly c Kohli b Harshit Rana 23(34) [4s-2]

Prasidh to Connolly, FOUR, cheeky and four, on a length and angling into the left-hander - Connolly shuffles across and gloves it fine, KL did anticipate the shot and moved to his right, but the ball went well wide of him

A simple catch at mid-wicket and India continue to chip away - was an attempted slower yorker from Prasidh, turns out to be a low full-toss, Ellis was backing away on the slog, drags it off the inner half and holes out to Rohit at mid-wicket. Can India bowl Australia OUT inside the 50 overs? Nathan Ellis c Rohit b Prasidh 16(19) [4s-3]

Harshit Rana to Mitchell Owen, out Caught by Rohit!! Edged and gone! Two wickets in three overs for Harshit Rana. It's the hard length from Rana, Mitchell Owen backs away and has a tame poke at it. Thick outside edge and Rohit doesn't err at first slip. Good ball that from Rana as he hit the deck hard and got good bounce around the fourth stump zone. Good move from India to keep a slip for the new batter. Mitchell Owen c Rohit b Harshit Rana 1(4)

Washington Sundar to Renshaw, out Lbw!! Big appeal for lbw and up goes the dreaded finger. 91.9kph, fullish ball angling in, Renshaw comes down the track to flick and misses to get hit on the front pad adjacent to the sticks. He's been adjudged lbw and Australia review. The left-handed batter was quick to review it. No bat confirms Snicko. Over to ball-tracking and crashing into the leg-stump (three reds)! Australia burn a review and lose both their set batters within a span of 17 deliveries. Renshaw lbw b Washington Sundar 56(58) [4s-2]

Harshit Rana to Carey, out Caught by Shreyas Iyer!! Excellent catch from Shreyas Iyer and the partnership has been broken! 134.1kph, short of length outside off, Carey throws his arms at it - probably trying to go over mid-off/extra cover - and ends up slicing it a long way up in the air. Shreyas turns around and runs back from backward point, times his jumps perfectly and holds onto it even as the ball slips out a bit. He falls awkwardly to his left side and has injured his left hip. Ouch! That looks painful and the physio is out to tend to him. Carey c Shreyas Iyer b Harshit Rana 24(37) [4s-1]

30
Kuldeep Yadav to Carey, 1 run, a chance and Prasidh has put it down, came low and flat at him, he had the angle covered as he slid forward, in and out of his grasp, could it be a costly miss for India? Carey brings out the sweep finally, hits it hard and flat, but straight down to long-on
28.3
Washington Sundar to Renshaw, 1 run, loopy delivery drifting into the left-hander, punched down to long-on, brings up Australia's 150 with the single

22.3
W
Washington Sundar to Matthew Short, out Caught by Kohli!! That's a special catch from Kohli and a disappointed Short walks away. The two spinners kept things very tight in the last few overs and this has come as a result of Short attempting to break free - was nicely tossed up outside off and he nailed the pull, went flat and hard, straight to square leg. Kohli was standing close and as such didn't have a lot of reaction time, but he crouches low, goes reverse cupped and held onto a beauty, in front of his face. Matthew Short c Kohli b Washington Sundar 30(41) [4s-2]

4
Kuldeep Yadav to Matthew Short, FOUR, oh dear! Sundar gets into a tangle on the slide and he ends up sprawling on the ropes with the ball in contact - or has he managed to somehow get away from the line of fire? Slid across and got in the way of Harshit Rana, who was running to his left at deep backward square leg, the 3rd umpire has a look and signals it as a boundary - was dragged short by Kuldeep and Short rocked back on the pull
15.1
W
Axar to Mitchell Marsh, out Bowled!! Beautifully bowled and Axar has sent back Mitchell Marsh - this was the slider, kept coming back with the angle, it's a tad too full and there's no space for Marsh to play the back-foot drive, sneaks past the inside edge and crashes into the top of off-stump - Mitchell Marsh was looking extremely good and this is a big wicket for India. Mitchell Marsh b Axar 41(50) [4s-5 6s-1]

12.2
Kuldeep Yadav to Matthew Short, no run, Rahul goes up straightaway, Kuldeep joins him later, the umpire shakes his head in denial. Gill reviews it. 81.7kph, fullish ball outside off, Short shapes to slogsweep against this non-turner. Flat line on Snicko and India burn a review. Missed the toe-end of the bat. Looked like the wrong 'un from Kuldeep and it was Rahul who was confident that there was a nick
9.4
Siraj to Matthew Short, 1 run, 134.4kph, fuller in length, Short drives to short cover. There's a misfield which results in a mix-up between the batters. Gill collects the ball after coming in from mid-off. Has all three stumps to aim but fails to score a direct-hit. Short survives but he seems to have hurt the same finger with a dive that he injured in the previous match. He's fine to continue though
