Rahul Tripathi fell after a superb 93 but that was not enough for KKR to get back into the game. Daniel Christian strikes a six in the last over to finish off things. Two back-to-back losses for KKR now while RPS have three wins on the trot.

Only net run-rate separates these two teams at second and third position. It could still get very tight for the top two finish.

The wrong 'un does the trick again for Kuldeep Yadav. Last time Dhoni was stumped. This time he opens the face of the bat and gets a thin edge to the 'keeper. Just 17 needed for victory though for RPS. Tripathi is still going strong at one end.

With just 25 needed, Stokes perishes to Narine. He top edges a swipe and Narine runs back and across to take it. In comes MS Dhoni to a rousing reception as usual.

Three consecutive sixes by Tripathi against Kuldeep Yadav and RPS are in driver's seat now. The youngster has a good chance of getting a ton as well. It is already his highest IPL score.

Chris Woakes gets Manoj Tiwary with one that nips back in. The stumps are messed up as Tiwary gets a thin inside edge as well.

Gets it off just 23 balls. What a knock this has been on a not-so-easy pitch. Tripathi paddles Narine for a boundary to get to the milestone. He's stood apart with his bating in this game. Clearly a cut above.

Steve Smith looks to make room for a shot through the offside but misses. Woakes hits timber. Second wicket for KKR but RPS have raced along thanks to Tripathi.

The youngster has played a string of awesome looking shots for boundaries. Cuts, pulls, lofted drives everything including against change of pace. He's just set this chase up nicely for RPS.

WICKET: Umesh gets Rahane

A snorter of a short ball gets Rahane edging behind to the 'keeper. He had lofted a short ball to the boundary just a ball before but Umesh Yadav has the last laugh. Important early breakthrough for KKR.

KKR finish with 155

It's a score that KKR will take after looking in danger of finishing with a lot lower. RPS will back themselves to chase this down but it is still something to bowl at for KKR. Suryakumar Yadav remains unbeaten on a 16-ball 30.

Jaydev Unadkat had given only 7 runs in his first three overs but takes a caning in his final over. Suryakumar Yadav and Nathan Coulter-Nile providing a flourish to the innings.

Injury alarms

First it was Nathan Coulter-Nile struck by a mean bouncer from Dan Christian. The helmet was there to protect him though. No damage done there. A few balls later, Ben Stokes and Steve Smith collided near the boundary ropes while going for a catch. Smith went on crash his head into the advertisement hoardings as well but thankfully no damage done there as well.

WICKET: de Grandhomme departs

He was the only KKR batsman to get the better of the bowlers in this innings. However, he too is done in by a slower short ball from Unadkat. He gets a leading edge and falls after a 19-ball 36.

WICKET: Pandey falls

Another one bites the dust. A 32-ball 37 from Pandey comes to an end. The partnership is nipped in the bud as well.
