PLAYER OF THE MATCH
That's it from this game. We will see you soon. For now it's bye bye.
Mohammad Nabi | Player of the Match: Yeah, it's a good set-up for the batsman in the middle. And also only six overs left, and we're just good on the wicket. And we try our best to put some score on the board. But the pitch was not that much bad. The ball's coming quite good here. Yeah, I'm trying to do my recovery always. I'm also always practicing the power-hitting in the practice. I always try my best because I have batting number seven, number six at some time. And less ball, I have to try to make a more stronger base and hit the ball strong. (on Sediqullah and Salamkheil) Yes, Sediq was dropped for a few games. And also, he come back quite good and build the partnership with other batsmen. And take the game deeper as he can. And yeah, he bat really well. And Salamkheil always taking the wickets. Always aggressive guy. And yeah, he's a positive and a wicket-taking bowler in the team.
Dasun Shanaka | Dubai Capitals captain: Very pleasing with the win. Of course we had that chat, some batsmen need to take it deep, so I'm really happy about the way they performed, especially Coxy, Sediqullah, and Nabi finished it off. Yeah really happy. Absolutely. I think this is not a 180 wicket, truly. So I expected the total to be around 160, but we got that extra cushion because of that, Sediq's innings. (on Nabi) Yeah, it is very much great to have him because it's not a wicket you can go straight away and play your shots. So even myself struggled. So Nabi, very much experience, so very much happy to have such a player among us.
Sikandar Raza | Sharjah Warriorz captain: No, I thought they outplayed us in all departments. I think we didn't really field well to start with and didn't bowl well in patches. We bowled well in patches and we didn't bowl well in patches. So it was a bit of an up and down for us. But I still felt that 180 on that wicket, I batted on that wicket - I think we just needed one early partnership and that could have killed the game. But unfortunately, we had no partnerships. And unfortunately, if you have no partnerships, then chasing 180 becomes a daunting task. Yeah, so we have got to put the demons to bed and try and learn from the mistakes that we've made today. Because we lost three, we've won two, we've lost another one, so suddenly you want to be peaking now. So you've got to pick up wins here and there as well to make sure you stay in the comp. Having said that, Desert Viper being top of the table as well, it's a good challenge to have that you're starting to play the top-of-the-table teams. It tells you where the team stands and I think tomorrow will be a good test for us.
22:00 Local Time, 18:00 GMT, 23:30 IST: First time ever that the Capitals have won against the Warriorz. The chase didn't get off to a great start as Charles went early and then TKC and Abell went too. The stand between James Rew and Raza was key but the latter picked out deep mid-wicket and from there, it was just Rew who got no support from the others. The spinners did the job for the Capitals - the trio sharing 7 wickets with Salamkheil the pick. The Capitals jump to 2nd after this win and have a good NRR as well. The Warriorz after two successive wins suffer a loss and are last on the table. Stay tuned for the post-match stuff...

Mustafizur to Adil Rashid, out Caught by Shayan Jahangir!! Seam-up and full, angling away from the right-hander, Adil Rashid heaves and misses? there's an appeal for a caught behind and not given. Shanaka reviews. It's a good one again, UltraEdge picks a spike when ball is next to the inside-edge. Tucker has to change his decision. Adil Rashid c Shayan Jahangir b Mustafizur 2(4)
