Here is what to know for the 2026 DII women's tennis team championship.
The women's championship will begin with a selection show live streamed on krikya8vip.com on Monday, May 4 at 8 p.m. ET. The first round of play will begin Tuesday, May 19, and the championship set for Thursday, May 23 at the Surprise Tennis & Racquet Complex in Surprise, AZ.
A maximum of 48 teams will compete in the single-elimination tournament, beginning in a preliminary round at 16 different sites to determine the 16-team field heading into the first round. Twenty conference champions will receive automatic bids into the tournament, and 28 teams will get at-large bids.

Championship history
Barry beat Nova Southeastern, 4-3, taking down the reigning national champions to win the 2025 national title. It was the program's ninth national championship and seventh since 2017.
