Omesh Wijesiriwardene is a Sri Lankan right-arm fast-medium bowler who plays first-class cricket. He made his debut in the 2000-2001 season. He has also played for the Sri Lanka U-19 side and was also a part of the A team. He has also played for a lot of clubs in such as Bloomfield, Chilaw Marians, Moors, Sinha and the Tamil Union Cricket and Athletic Club. However, inconsistent at domestic level did not allow him to become a part of the national side.
