Farhad Hossain is a Bangladeshi all-rounder , who plays first-class and List A cricket. He made his debut for Rajshahi Division in the 2004-2005 season. In the first couple of seasons itself, he had already scored 903 runs with five fifties and taken 25 wickets. He played for Barisal Burners in the Bangladesh Premier League 2012. He currently plays for Duronto Rajshahi.

He has been a talented first-class cricketer with close to 5000 runs and over 130 wickets. His highest score in first-class cricket is 216 and he averages over 35. He plays for the North Zone and yet to make an international debut.
