Keshav Maharaj, the highest wicket taker for South Africa in this series, sent Cook packing for 46 soon after Lunch

Rabada had his tail up in the second session and had Tom Westley nicking one behind. Quinton de Kock took a bonzer of a catch diving to his right.

Cook looked solid for his 46 until he edged one behind.
