Viljoen to Marco Jansen, out Caught by Wihan Lubbe!! He's OUT now and the Sunrisers finish with 184 on the board. Was a full ball and Jansen couldn't quite get under it on the lofted drive, the bat turned on impact and the ball skewed off the outer half, to the left of long-off where Lubbe ran in and then completed a simple catch. Marco Jansen c Wihan Lubbe b Viljoen 23(12) [4s-2 6s-2]

Viljoen to Marco Jansen, no run, that's a corker, banged in short and at the right-hander - Marco Jansen had nowhere to go as he ducked under it, took his eyes off the ball and it did lob off something, a simple catch to the keeper and he's given OUT caught behind. But he's reviewed it immediately. The third umpire, Marais Erasmus, first checks with the back-foot and it's fine, it's come off his body and the original call is overturned. Excellent review and Jansen survives - banged in short and at the right-hander, the tall Jansen simply got himself into a poor position and didn't watch the ball

6
Viljoen to Markram, SIX, Markram is on fire at the Super Sport Park, he's the home boy, plays for the Titans in the domestic league - slower ball on off and he's in a great position to heave it over deep mid-wicket, the ball flies here at the Highveld and the leaping fielder in the deep can only watch it go
19
6
Sipamla to Marco Jansen, SIX, 29 off the over, Sipamla has gone the distance and this could be a match-defining over for the Sunrisers - the sloweer ball ain't working, this is short as well and Jansen stands tall to bludgeon the pull over mid-wicket - Sipamla can't watch it, he's finished with 0 for 72 for the night
18.5
4
Sipamla to Marco Jansen, FOUR, lovely , a low full-toss outside off - Jansen leans across, opens the face of the bat and then makes most of Sipamla's pace to steer it square past point for a boundary
18.4
4
Sipamla to Marco Jansen, FOUR, it's not been Sipamla's night and it just gets worse - fuller length delivery and it's whipped through mid-wicket - King at deep mid-wicket seemed to have covered it, but he's undone by the spin and bounce, is wrong-footed as the ball goes away from his reach
18.3
F
Sipamla to Markram, SIX, crunched, has been a bad day for Sipamla and he's leaking runs - was the slower short ball, but it simply sat up to be smacked, Markram gets on top of the bounce and then thumps the pull over wide long-on
18.1
6
Sipamla to Marco Jansen, SIX, hammered, it's a lot easier to play pace on this wicket, change of pace from Sipamla - but it's a floaty half-volley and Jansen can hammer the drive over long-off's head, went sailing into the crowd for a maximum
17.5
4
Theekshana to Markram, FOUR, back-to-back boundaries for Markram, he's getting some momentum into the innings now - low full-toss and it's thumped back over the umpire's head, races away to the straight boundary

4
Theekshana to Markram, FOUR, beautifully played, tad too full and wide of off - lets Markram get under it on the drive and he then scythes the drive past point, raced away across the fast outfield

W
Tahir to Stubbs, out Caught by Wihan Lubbe!! They're catching well tonight and this is another pressure catch, it's Wihaan Lubbe and the dangerous Stubbs has been sent packing. Was a full-toss and his eyes lit up, looks to shovel it over wide mid-wicket, but it came right off the bottom end, went hard and flat, straight down Lubbe's throat, who stays sideways and gobbles up the chance. Stubbs c Wihan Lubbe b Tahir 26(21) [4s-1 6s-2]

Viljoen to Markram, FOUR, 14 off the over, full-toss on the hips, whipped away over square leg, one bounce and over the ropes
15.3
Viljoen to Stubbs, 1 run, on a good length and angling across the right-hander, cut away square on the off-side for a single
15.2
6
Viljoen to Stubbs, SIX, cheeky and six - this was predictable from Viljoen, the angle meant that the ball was always going to be pushed across the right-hander - Markram reverses the stance, used the pace on the ball and then lapped it over short third, the ball sailing over the ropes for a maximum
15
4
Sipamla to Stubbs, FOUR, lovely, another slower ball from Sipamla, but it's too full and it's on a half-volley length, drilled back past the bowler and the ball runs away to the straight boundary
13.3
6
Theekshana to Stubbs, SIX, hammered, that'll take some pressure off Stubbs - was a well flighted delivery and was right in his zone, he leans across, brings the wrists into play and then heaves it high over mid-wicket for a maximum
12.3
4
Moeen Ali to Markram, FOUR, cheeky, dropped short and spinning back into the right-hander - Markram was initially shaping for the pull, he then changes his mind, opens the face of the bat and runs it fine past the keeper, beats short third man and rolls away

Viljoen to Hermann, out Caught by Evan Jones!! Another brilliant running catch, this time by Evan Jones, and the Sunrisers are in some trouble now - on a good length and angling into the left-hander, Hermann was a tad too early into the flick, he was shaping to go straighter of mid-on, but the ball caught the inside half and lobbed up towards deep mid-wicket - Jones ran in, kept his eyes on the flight of the ball, threw himself forward and scooped up a superb two-handed catch. Four wickets down and the Sunrisers are in some trouble now - They've taken the strategic break as well. Hermann c Evan Jones b Viljoen 12(16) [4s-1]
7.3
W
Moeen Ali to Abell, out Caught&Bowled!! A simple return catch and Moeen has a wicket - it did look like an innocous dragdown and Abell was roicking back on the pull once again, but this is the off-break, spins back into the right-hander, cramps him for room and he's done by the extra bounce - gets into an awkward position on the shot, the ball catches the leading edge and lobs back to the bowler. Abell c and b Moeen Ali 10(10) [4s-1]
7.2
4
Moeen Ali to Abell, FOUR, crunched, much needed boundary, that'll break the shackles for the Sunrisers - dropped short by Moeen, Abell picked the length, rocked back and then hammerd the pull past square leg, one bounce and over the ropes

4
Tahir to Hermann, FOUR, hammered, tad too full from Tahir - Hermann gets a big stride forward and then smashes it straight back past the non-striker, runs away to the ropes in a hurry
4.5
Tahir to Hermann, no run, this looks a lot closer, Hermann has been given OUT LBW and Tahir is on his celebratory run, but the decision has been reviewed. Don't think it will save Hermann though, looked plumb to the naked eye. Was the wrong 'un that skidded through and beat Hermann's sweep with the trajectory - went under the sweep and struck him in front of middle and off - however, ball-tracking says it's drifting past the off-stump - NOT OUT is the call and Tahir's celebratory run , which took him to the ropes at long-off, has been cut short
4.1

Tahir to Bedingham, out Caught by du Plessis!! Oh wow! That's a big moment and it's a big catch, who else but Faf du Plessis at mid-off. That's a cracker of a catch, weve seen some of those across different T20 leagues, was a well flighted delivery outside off and Bedingham backed himself on the drive, smacked it high and to the left of mid-off, the ball was travelling at a rate of knots, but Faf sprints across, leaps to his left and comes up with a stunning two-handed overhead catch. catch of the tournament? Could be a close contendor for sure. Bedingham c du Plessis b Tahir 27(14) [4s-3 6s-1]
4
Theekshana to Hermann, no run, appeal for LBW, but that must've pitched outside leg, but the Super Kings have reviewed it, looked pretty straight and Hermann was pinned on the pad as he shaped for the nudge. It's pad first with the ball then deflecting onto the bat, UltraEdge confirms the same. Onto ball-tracking now: It has indeed pitched outside leg and they've lost a review
3.2
W
Theekshana to de Zorzi, out Bowled!! Theekshana has his man now, a much-needed break for the Super Kings - pushed through with the arm, skidded off the surface and kept coming back at the left-hander, de Zorzi backed away on the cut and missed the line completely, the ball crashes into the middle-stump and the Sunrisers have lost their opening wicket. de Zorzi b Theekshana 14(9) [4s-1 6s-1]

2.3
6
Sipamla to Bedingham, SIX, clubbed, that's a terrific one-handed attempt in the crowd, he had the ball in his palms, but it popped out as he fell onto the ground. He sees the funny side of it - back of a length and just outside off, Bedingham picked the length early, swivelled across and then smashed the pull over wide mid-wicket
