Hyderabad seamer Eddla Srujana and Punjab all-rounder Pragati Singh have been roped in as replacements by Delhi Capitals for the injured duo of Mamatha Madiwala and Deeya Yadav in the ongoing Women's Premier League 2026.

Both the players have been signed for INR 10 lakh each, and have joined the squad ahead of Capitals' sixth game of the season, against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, set to be played in Vadodara on Saturday (January 24).

Pragati has represented Punjab Women, India B Women Under-19, and India E Women teams, while Srujana has been part of the Delhi Capitals setup as net bowler.

Madiwala didn't get to play a single game this season, while Deeya featured in DC's last group encounter, becoming the youngest debutant in WPL history. However, she didn't get to bat or bowl. Both have been ruled out for the remainder of the season.

Capitals have secured only two wins in their five group games so far.
