Annabel Sutherland: It's pretty fun bowling out here. It just feels like it's doing enough. The ball's getting a tiny bit softer, so probably not quite as much in it, but still enough in it, and the girls are doing a great job. You don't get to play with the pink ball too often and it still feels like it's shaping, which is nice. Ash is doing a great job, and I thought Lucy bowled particularly well as well. So plenty happening and hopefully we can get two more pretty quick.

After that, Jemimah Rodrigues and Richa Ghosh got together and stitched a good partnership before the latter fell to Gardner. Rodrigues fell right in the next over as she was dismissed by Hamilton. Both the dismissals were soft ones and that opened things up for Australia once again. Hamilton then dismissed Rana cheaply to get a 3-fer.
