

Best batting performances
Andhra's CR Gnaneshwar struck a magnificent and unbeaten 227 as his team assumed a 170-run first-innings lead over Nagaland having declared on 536/9. Gnaneshwar resumed the day batting on 87 and brought up his ton early on the third morning. He shared century stands with KV Sasikanth and Tripurana Vijay enroute to his maiden first-class double-century.
Vijay Shankar's unbeaten 151 and Hanuma Vihari's gritty 90 helped Tripura claim a 75-run first innings lead over Gujarat at Agartala. Resuming the day on 208/3, Shankar and Vihari extended their partnership beyond 200 before Tripura were bowled out for 427 in the final session of the third day.
Tamil Nadu assumed the first-innings lead over Baroda after opener Vimal Khumar struck 182. Khumar, who brought up his ton early on the third day, shared century stands with Athish SR and Pradosh Ranjan Paul. Tamil Nadu reached 411/7 by stumps.
Captain Mahipal Lomror's 131 helped Rajasthan set Puducherry a 171-run target. Lomror struck as many as 20 fours and three sixes as Rajasthan fought their way back from a 181-run first-innings deficit. Puducherry's Karan Kannan (6-44) and Sagar Udeshi (4-88) shared all the wickets between them.
Centuries from Rohan Kunnummal (153) and Vishnu Vinod (113) gave Kerala a 171-run first-innings lead over Goa. Resuming on 237/2, Kerala lost Kunnummal early, but Vinod batted through most of the day, eventually falling as the last wicket before the visitors declared on 526/9.
Centuries from Abhirath Reddy (121), Kodimela Himateja (171) and Pragnay Reddy (126) took Hyderabad to 631, earning them a mammoth 348-run first-innings lead over Chattisgarh.
Jammu and Kashmir piled on a mountain of runs, finishing with 771 in response to Himachal Pradesh's 168. Resuming the day on 387/5, centuries from Kanhaiya Wadhawan (110) and Abid Mushtaq (177) powered J&K to 700 and beyond before stumps.
Best bowling performances
Four wicket-hauls from Dharmendrasinh Jadeja and Chirag Jani helped Saurashtra secure a massive win, by an innings and 56 runs, over Chandigarh. Resuming the day with 10 wickets in hand and trailing by 286 runs, Chandigarh lost three wickets in the space of three overs in the first session, with Jani accounting for two. He provided two further breakthroughs in the following session before Jadeja mopped up the lower order.
Shahbaz Ahmed ripped through Haryana's batting order, snaring a six-wicket haul as Bengal claimed a comprehensive 188-run win on the third day. Shahbaz accounted for all of the first six wickets to fall, starting with Yuvraj Yogender Singh, to reduce Haryana to 69/6 before the rest of the bowlers cleaned up the tail.
Arjun Sharma's six-wicket haul restricted Railways to 212 and handed Services a 131-run first-innings lead. Services then declared on 166/8, setting Railways a 298-run target, with Raj Choudhary returning a five-wicket haul in the innings.
Four-wicket hauls from Kumar Kartikeya and Aryan Pandey saw Madhya Pradesh restrict Maharashtra to just 133 to claim a 188-run win. A fighting 90 from Shubham Sharma, who was the last man dismissed, helped Madhya Pradesh add 92 runs to their overnight total before their bowlers dismantled the opposition in under two sessions.
