Sri Lanka have been pegged back after Tim Southee struck twice early on Day Three to dismiss Dinesh Chandimal and Kithuruwan Vithanage. While Chandimal plays hard at a delivery angled in and edges it to Martin Guptill at second slips, Vithanage reaches out for a drive outside off and gives BJ Watling his fifth catch of the innings
A stubborn resistance by the seventh wicket pair of Milinda Siriwardana and Rangana Herath ends as Neil Wagner bags the wicket of the former. He bowls a short-delivery going away from the batsman. Siriwardana plays at it and gets an edge to Ross Taylor, the fielder at first slip. Dushmantha Chameera is at the crease with Herath at Lunch
