Little separates the two most dominant sides in the inaugural season of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) - Peshawar Zalmi and Quetta Gladiators - who will square off in the first qualifier on Friday (February 19) at the Dubai International Stadium. The two teams distanced themselves from the rest of the chasing pack quite early in the group stages of the tournament and, barring an odd defeat, never looked back. Their reward - two shots at making the final.
The perks of winning the first qualifier are too good to miss out on. Not only does it ensure a direct path to Tuesday's final, it also offers two extra days of rest - worth its weight in gold considering the other finalist will be playing three games in a span of four-five days.
