PLAYER OF THE MATCH
PLAYER OF THE SERIES
With the World Cup less than a week away, Pakistan will be pleased to have ticked most of the boxes across these three games. The batting has fired, the bowlers have exploited the conditions superbly, and the overall balance of the side looks right at the perfect time. For Australia, though, it’s a very different takeaway. They head out of this series with more questions than answers. The concern is that the conditions in India and Sri Lanka are likely to be similar - slow, low, and spin-friendly - and they will need to adapt quickly if they are to pose a serious challenge. That’s a wrap from this series. There’s plenty of cricket unfolding, so feel free to switch tabs and catch all the action elsewhere. Goodbye!
Salman Agha | Player of the Series: It is a complete performance. We have been outstanding in the last two games, we have bowled well, fielded well, I can't find any mistakes. (on his batting form) I am in a great frame of mind right now, I know how to put the captaincy behind when I am batting, that is a plus point before the World Cup. Whenever he (Shaheen) has played, he has bowled outstandingly well, Naseem too bowled really well, we pretty much ticked every boxes in the series. When you have five spinners and have only 20 overs, you don't know who to bowl and they have made my job easy. I don't see myself bowling many overs with the options we have. We have been fielding really well post the Asia Cup, we were a bit off against Sri Lanka, but wanted to make a mark in the field and we managed to do that.
Mitchell Marsh: Pakistan outplayed us throughout the series. There are some learnings for us take. No doubt chasing it hard on that surface. As I have said in previous games, it is not easy to chase and we need to take the learnings. We have to certainly address this series and move forward. We are looking forward to Sri Lanka. Thank you Pakistan for hosting us. The crowds have been fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed playing in front of them.
Mohammad Nawaz | Player of the Match: When the conditions are helpful then you are waiting for your opportunity. The focus is on doing the basics on such pitches, the ball was not turning every ball, but it was slow. I tried to keep it away from their arc and make them reach for the ball. If a batter hits a good ball for a boundary then it is fine, but I don't want to feed them in their slot.

"Zampa picked up a groin injury," informs Urooj Mumtaz on air. That's the reason he didn't come out to bat. We are still not sure about the extent of the injury.
19:11 Local Time, 14:11 GMT, 19:41 IST: The margins of victory across the three games tell the story - 22 runs, 90 runs, and 111 runs - each win more emphatic than the last. Pakistan have completely outplayed Australia in this series. Yes, they were operating in familiar conditions, but the manner of these performances underlines how well-prepared they look heading into the upcoming World Cup. The pitches have been slow and low, offering plenty of assistance to the spinners, and Pakistan exploited those conditions expertly. What has really stood out, though, is their batting. They crossed the 195-run mark in two of the three games, setting the tone every time. Chasing 207 today, Australia were once again rocked early, a recurring theme throughout the series, losing three wickets inside the powerplay. Marcus Stoinis and Cameron Green provided brief resistance and steadied the innings for a few overs, but both fell in the same over, effectively ending the contest. From there, it was only a matter of time as Mohammad Nawaz completed his five-wicket haul, well supported by the rest of the bowling attack. Stay tuned for the presentations..

Naseem Shah to Matthew Kuhnemann, out Caught by Fakhar Zaman!! Soft dimissal! The change in angle works for Naseem. He goes round the wicket and angles it in, Kuhnemann backs away and gets cramped for room, chips it with an open bat face to backward point and Fakhar takes a simple catch. The players are shaking hands. Zampa is not coming out to bat. Not sure why. Pakistan complete the whitewash.. Matthew Kuhnemann c Fakhar Zaman b Naseem Shah 5(8)
