It was a good length delivery on middle and leg, Rowles made the mistake of trying to play it against the line. He closed the bat face way too early, resulting in a thick leading edge that looped straight up for a simple catch by Malajczuk at mid-off. The fielder has a shy the striker's end and the ball ricochets off Rowles's towards sqaure leg allows Rowles to get to the other end

Bulbulia will be kicking himself after trying to guide a wider delivery down to third man, gets a thick inside edge that dragged the ball back onto his stumps. Just the second ball of the innings, Lachmund produced a beautiful inswinger that zipped back and trapped the batter right in front of middle. The opener tried to clip it off his pads but played across the line, missing it completely to leave the umpire with an easy decision. Aussies are all pumped up.
