Andrew Ellis to Somerville, out Caught by McConchie!! All those extra balls has worked a charm for Ellis, he gets the last wicket to fall and the Aces have been dismissed for 110. This was a wide length ball, Somerville once again swung across the line, went off the toe-end, high and towards long-off, McConchie settled himself underneath the skier and held on. Somerville c McConchie b Andrew Ellis 27(18) [4s-2 6s-2]

Andrew Ellis to Somerville, SIX, back-to-back sixes for Somerville, giving his team some useful runs, low full-toss outside off and it's swung away over long-off for a maximum

6
Andrew Ellis to Somerville, SIX, that's a massive hit, slower short ball from Ellis, Somerville spots it early and bludgeons the pull over deep square leg for a maximum, brings up the 100 for the Aces

W
Jamieson to Ben Lister, out Caught by Andrew Ellis!! .. and he has six now. They simply can't play Jamieson, another slower ball and Lister is way too early on the drive. Tried to check it in the end, but it's too late, spoons a dolly to mid-off and Jamieson is on a hat-trick. Ben Lister c Andrew Ellis b Jamieson 0(1)

W
Jamieson to McClenaghan, out Caught by Benton!! Another soft dismissal and Jamieson has five. Length ball at the stumps, McClenaghan was looking to turn it to the on-side, closed the bat-face a tad too early and the leading edge popped straight to cover-point. McClenaghan c Benton b Jamieson 0(2)

W
Jamieson to R Hira, out Caught by McConchie!! A slower ball and Hira has picked out cover! A soft end to what was turning out to be a handy knock. Backed away, had no pace to work with and slapped it straight to the fielder. Fourth wicket for Jamieson who is having a field day. R Hira c McConchie b Jamieson 17(15) [4s-2]

Shipley to R Hira, FOUR, chance and it has been put down, banged in short and at the stumps, Hira backed away and got a huge top-edge on the pull, the fielder at deep backward square leg got into a nice position, went reverse cup and then let the ball pop off his shoulder - concedes a boundary as well. Carter was the fielder

McConchie to Somerville, FOUR, nicely played by Somerville, pushed through outside off, Somerville makes room uses the pace on the ball and runs it very fine, beats short third man and runs away to the ropes

4
Andrew Ellis to Somerville, FOUR, lovely shot, short and at the stumps, Somerville swivels across, rolls his wrists over and pulls it over square leg, couple of bounces and over the ropes

W
Andrew Ellis to Cachopa, out Caught by Murdoch!! Disappointment for the captain as he holes out to deep mid-wicket. The slower ball from Ellis, Cachopa spotted it and hacked it - hard and flat, but straight to Murdoch in the deep, shakes his head as he walks back to the hut. Cachopa c Murdoch b Andrew Ellis 24(24) [4s-1 6s-1]

4
Ed Nuttall to R Hira, FOUR, that has been drilled, length ball outside off, Hira clears his left leg and drives it in the air - wide of mid-off and races away to the fence
12.1
W
Shipley to Robert ODonnell, out Caught by McConchie!! That's the catch of the tournament - for me at least. What a ripper from McConchie, not only he saved four runs, he has led to the downfall of ODonnell, came down the track to a length ball and drilled it over mid-off, or so he thought, ODonnell ran across to his right, judged it to perfection, stuck out his right hand as he leaped, the timing was superb and the ball struck - didn't let it pop out as he hit the ground. Robert ODonnell c McConchie b Shipley 11(23)
11.3
4
Benton to Cachopa, FOUR, lovely from Cachopa, comes down the track, makes room and then goes inside out over cover for a boundary
7.4
6
Benton to Cachopa, SIX, loose full toss, and Auckland get a much needed release. Comes down the pitch, gets it nice and middle on the bat to smack it deep into cow corner
4.5
W
Jamieson to Chapman, out Caught by Murdoch!! More stunningness in the field. It was a run-out, and now Chapman, after getting all squared up with the angle pokes away from his body, gets an outside edge that dies to slip, where Murdoch gets low very quickly, and very neatly under the ball to pluck it out. Auckland in all sorts of trouble. Chapman c Murdoch b Jamieson 0(2)
4.4
W
Jamieson to Chapman, out Glenn Phillips Run Out!! Trouble. And it is to a moment of brilliance in the field. Chapman just knocks it away to cover, Phillips takes off in the hope of the quick single. So he goes half way down, and then even his dive back doesn't matter - thanks to a flat throw and then to Jamieson's smart thinking of running back to his stumps after the followthrough and still managing to take a hard throw to keep Phillips out, by a centimeter. Glenn Phillips run out (Jamieson/Andrew Ellis) 2(5)

W
Jamieson to James Vince, out Caught by Cam Fletcher!! Big blow, big moment. Vince, who quite like what he's been doing for England all along, looks so good during his brief stay, and then gets out when nobody expected him to. Is early into his across the line swat, loses shape, gets a thick upper edge going high up, only as far as the keeper. James Vince c Cam Fletcher b Jamieson 18(18) [4s-3]
3.2
4
Shipley to James Vince, FOUR, all feet now. Talk about overcompensation, Vince is on the move, giving himself room as well in carving it hard, through extra cover
2.2
W
Jamieson to Solia, out Caught by Andrew Ellis!! It's a skier, and it's the first competitive wicket of 2019. Jamieson hits a hard good length on off, which Solia looks to slice into oblivion. But the bounce gets big, takes the upper edge and goes high up and cover does well to keep his nerve under. Solia c Andrew Ellis b Jamieson 1(4)

4
Ed Nuttall to James Vince, FOUR, back of a length, angling just around off. But Vince opens the punch just at the right time to generate enough power in slapping it away through the covers

McConchie to James Vince, FOUR, loose stray up down leg. Vince shuffles inside and uses the spin to merely tickle it away, very fine
