Riyan Parag's 39-ball 69 followed by valuable knocks from Naman Dhir and Ashutosh Sharma took India A to 197/8 in 20 overs. Rubin Trumpelmann, Gerhard Erasmus and Max Heingo picked up two wickets apiece.

Italy posted 193 for 7 in their 20 overs before they bowled out United Arab Emirates for just 81 to register a thumping 112-run victory. The foundation for Italy's big total was laid by the Mosca brothers. Anthony Mosca hit 55 off 22 while Justin Mosca scored 48 off 36. The duo of Grant Stewart and Harry Manenti scored 29 in quick time as Italy posted a big score.
With the ball, Stewart and Crishan Kalugamage picked up three-wicket hauls while all-rounder JJ Smuts picked up a brace. It was a poor showing for UAE with the bat with No.10 batter Muhammad Farooq top-scoring with 23. They were 35 for 8 at one stage before Farooq and Mohammad Zohaib (16) put on a 31-run stand for the ninth wicket. Only three batters got to double-digits for the chasing side.
